Isaac assists MJB&A clients with research, analysis, and strategic support regarding air quality and climate change regulatory initiatives. He focuses on state and regional climate change policies, including the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative and California’s AB 32 cap-and-trade program. Some of his recent efforts include supporting clients on issues related to the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative program review and analyzing hazardous air emissions data, utility energy efficiency programs, and state renewable energy standards. Isaac also compiles monthly and quarter newsletters on climate change and renewable energy issues and contributes to MJB&A’s Environmental Energy Insights.
Isaac joined MJB&A soon after graduating cum laude from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology. Isaac’s previous work experience came in the financial services and pharmaceutical industries.
Isaac speaks Italian poorly, and enjoys zombie movies, bowling, and craft beer.
