Lily provides MJB&A clients, including members of the Clean Energy Group (CEG), with analysis of regulatory and policy initiatives in the electric sector, with a particular focus on air emissions, climate change, energy efficiency, and renewable energy.
Some of Lily’s recent projects have dealt with issues surrounding utility energy efficiency programs, state regulatory processes associated with air pollution controls, renewable energy integration, and low-emissions vehicles. Lily also contributes to CEG’s web-based information service, compiles a quarterly newsletter on air quality regulatory issues, and contributes articles to MJB&A’s publication Environmental Energy Insights.
Lily graduated from Clark University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 2009, and enjoys music, vegetarian cooking, and film.
