Darlene Ryan

Darlene is a business professional with 15+ years of business administration experience. She manages the financial, bookkeeping, and human resource needs for the company. She also provides operational support to our staff, manages vendor relationships, and implements and maintains all of the office policies and procedures. Darlene has an extensive background providing sales and marketing support, employee benefit management, project management and office systems implementation. She has worked in the consulting industry for several years.

Prior to joining MJB&A, Darlene was the Office Manager for Creative Data, Inc. a data management consulting firm where she was responsible for coordinating the training classes, all aspects of daily operational management, corporate website maintenance, and the company intranet.

Darlene holds a certificate in Small Business Management from Northeastern University, is a Master CIW - eCommerce site Designer, a Certified Novell Internet Business Strategist, and holds a Comp-tia A+ certification.

Darlene’s various interests include reading, jewelry making and traveling throughout the country with her husband Kevin.
