Lauren provides clients with an analysis of regulatory and policy initiatives on energy and climate change. Lauren investigates electrical power sector generation and greenhouse gas emissions trends for the annual Benchmarking report and the Clean Power Plan Compliance Tool.
Prior to joining MJB&A, Lauren conducted research on climate change and societal impacts at internships with NASA and the National Weather Service.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Meteorology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Master’s degree in Atmospheric Science from the University at Albany, New York. Having grown up in Massachusetts, Lauren enjoys local New England attractions including museums, clam chowder, and trips to the coast with her dog.
