Todd is a software engineer with over eight years experience in the computer networking industry and more than two years experience in web and Windows based development and IT engineering.  He has technical expertise in database, web and application development.

Todd is responsible for maintaining all of MJB&A's web sites and maintaining the computer networks for our Concord, MA and Manchester, NH offices.  He also managed the development of our new Climate Policy Service and Project Management sites.  He develops web-based Access data management systems for several MJB&A clients.  He operates and analyzes data from the Sensors, Inc. SemTech-DS portable emissions analyzer.

Past projects have included tracking EPA emissions data for off-road service, creation of a comparison tool to evaluate attributes of hybrid electric, diesel and CNG buses, development of a windows-based NOx emissions registry and emission testing transit buses.

Todd received a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
