TJ Roskelley brings a broad spectrum of policy, legal and technical expertise to MJB&A.   TJ advises MJB&A clients on renewable energy, climate change and conventional air quality issues, ranging from strategic guidance on emerging federal and state policies to analysis of siting and permitting requirements for specific projects.

Before joining MJB&A, TJ worked for the Cambridge, MA law firm Anderson & Kreiger LLP.  TJ's practice focused on advising clients on a variety of environmental and energy issues, including the siting and permitting innovative energy projects and securing emission reduction and renewable energy credits.  Before his law practice, TJ worked as a project manager for the Northeast States for Coordinated Air Use Management (NESCAUM), a non-profit that provides technical support and strategic policy advice on air quality and climate change policy to eight northeast states.

TJ graduated summa cum laude from Boston University with B.A. degrees in Environmental Policy (with distinction) and Economics.  He graduated magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law, where he was a member of the Boston University Law Review and an Edward F. Hennessey Distinguished Scholar and a G. Joseph Tauro Distinguished Scholar.
