M.J. Bradley & Associates has extensive expertise in managing transportation-related
environmental projects, including diesel retrofits, re-powering projects, hybridization, and electrification
projects. Our services cover four main areas: implementation of proof of concept demonstrations,
large-scale retrofit deployments, and emission testing programs.
Our team of engineers has managed numerous projects involving the retrofit of heavy-duty on-road vehicles
with particulate matter (PM) and nitrogen oxide (NOx) reduction technologies. This includes projects
with transit buses, sanitation vehicles, and school buses. These projects have resulted in the
retrofit of more than 300 vehicles since 2000.
Our team has worked with companies and government agencies to reduce emissions from diesel-powered marine vessels
and locomotives.
Our team has managed several projects using advanced emission testing technologies, including remote sensing
technology and on-board portable emission monitoring systems.
Our team has evaluated the emissions reductions and the fuel efficiency gains resulting from adopting
environmentally-friendly vehicle technologies, including electric and hybrid-electric trucks, buses and cars as
well as diesel retrofits.
